Leveling consistently – Do not forget to farm on any nodes that you see when you see them in
the game. If you simply keep doing this, you’ll usually be allowed to farm on any nodes that you see in each zone
that you encounter in your quests. If you don’t know about your level, just multiply your character’s level by 5
and check your gathering leveling. To be effective it should be the same or higher.
Auction Right – It’s important that you don’t sell everything you get as soon as you get them!
If you have 20 stacks of Iron Ore, be sure to watch the demands of the market and save a few for when the prices
will be more profitable for you, for example during the weekends or peak seasons! If prices are lower than normal,
just hold off selling them until you make a bigger profit! This is simple, but very effective and most people
neglect this.
The Right Time To Grind – The best time to grind is till you’re after level 70. You shouldn’t
go around grinding or mining or herbalism nodes till you have in Northend. Simply leveling up the professions
should give you enough cash to purchase everything you need up to level 70. After that you need to get higher level
nodes such as the Cobalt and make more gold.
Feeling creative? – The fact is that you will not be able to create as much gold with the
crafting professions until after level 80. That’s why it has been said that you shouldn’t even bother here before
level 50 because of the expense they take to level. However if you are truly serious about crafting and dominating
the auction house for gold, you could make it work.
One more thing is that you should simply avoid gear crafting professions, for example tailoring, blacksmithing,
leatherworking until later on in the game. Because if you do these things too early the work isn’t worth the
payoff! The recipes later on available in the game to you make it much more worth your while.
If you’re a low level gamer, it’s good to consider enchanting because of the auction house and your ability to
create nice profits with inscription early on in the game.
