  Death Knight

The Death Knight is one of the most well known class, because it’s popular for the fearsome aura it posses. The WOW Death Knight is an interesting and unique character to be. This is because from the past the Death Knight was a servant of the gruesome Lich King, and the ability to use forbidden magic in conjunction with its heavy armor make it a formidable force.

The Death Knight is a class apart. The main reason for this is that you need a level 70 character or higher in order to create a Death Knight. If you do make a Death Knight you will start at level 55 and have a special quest chain that will award you your talent points and a full set of blue gear.

You can basically reach level 58 in just a few hours which makes you ready to travel to outland where you can continue your journey.

A Death Knight is a melee class which can both do a lot of melee damage and tank. He uses frost, blood and unholy spells to deal nice amounts of damage and can also summon cool pets like Ghouls and Gargoyles.

Conclusion: Death Knight - When you start your Death Knight they will already be Level 55 and will pick up talent points quickly to catch up by the time they are Level 58. So, you will need to spec quickly to catch up. A good Blood Death Knight is always good because of their self healing abilities, though Unholy DKs are great for long term survivability as well.

Hunter

Hunters are great at taking down opponents and monsters from a distance afar because they are experts at using ranged weapons such as bows and rifles. Due to the fact that WOW Hunters are born and trained to survive on their own, they have the ability to set up deadly traps and can track down enemies.

The Hunter is well known for his abilities to tame pets. The Hunter himself shoots from distance while his pet is taking hits. Very viable in both PvP and in PvE.

The Hunter class is the easiest class to level. As a Hunter you just send in your pet and let him take the hits while you stand at range and shoot. If you have more mobs attacking you, you have traps that can freeze them and you can fake death.

Conclusion: Hunter - Hunters do best if you spec as a Beast Master and work on getting your pet to the point of being able to tank all damage and hold off your opponents as you level. This will keep you alive and alleviate downtime for fast leveling.
